Tartufissima is the world's first truffle pasta. It started in 1990 thanks to the experience and culinary imagination of Beppe, the founder and chef of Tartuflanghe. It is a handmade pasta with a special texture and high truffle content in the shape of hand debt, and plenty of eggs that enhances the flavor of truffles.
