The mozzarella cherry is a fresh spun paste cheese with a round shape. Its paste is white milk cream in color with a fibrous, elastic, and moist structure. It has a fresh, delicate, slightly acidulous taste.
Caseificio Artigiana was founded in 2001 in Putignano between the dry stone walls and pastures of the Murgia Barese, with the aim of enhancing and promoting the excellent gastronomy of Puglia.
