Maison Ponthier sources the guavas for its purées from South Africa. Guava trees grow very easily in tropical climates but guava farming requires great expertise because of the fragility of the fruit. The guavas selected by the Ponthier teams have juicy and tangy flesh, a musky fragrance and freshness, and character synonymous with quality.
