In cultivating the perfect fish, our land-based aquaculture is fully integrated from egg to plate, with proprietary broodstock, optimal environmental conditions, and 24/7 monitoring. No antibiotics, medicines, or vaccines are needed, and our non-GMO, non-LAP, sustainably sourced feed is third-party certified.

Industry experts recognize us as the world's first ASC-certified Yellowtail and BAP-certified land-based farm. Whole Foods Market certifies us as the sole Yellowtail producer. Our BRC-certified processing plant exclusively handles Dutch Yellowtail. European and Japanese chefs applaud the consistently high quality and freshness of our Dutch Yellowtail, produced without ecological impacts of traditional fish farming—no fish escapes, ocean floor deterioration, or water contamination.
