La Conviette
Established in 1988, EURIAL emerged from the collaboration between two French dairy cooperatives, UCAL and COLARENA, pooling their resources for dairy production and processing. In 1992, EURIAL focused on brand investment, notably with Soignon goat's cheese and Grand Fermage butter. The company's history is marked by ambitious local and global projects, including the construction of the Soignon plant in 1995, the Herbignac mozzarella plant in 2008, and the acquisition of Belgian goat cheese producer Capra in 2009.
