Panettone Chiostro di Saronno is made according to the traditional recipe, based on slow natural leavening, and all ingredients, from flour to milk, eggs to butter, candied fruit to yeast, are of natural origin, fresh and genuine, and free of preservatives and dyes.
In its initial years, the Lazzaroni family owned two companies, one that produced cookies and the other producing cookies filled with liquer. The panettone that is filled and coated with Amaretti is widely known for its Amaretto products. They keep the old recipe intact from 1851 by infusing their amaretti Chiostro di Saronno cookies with alcohol. It has produced biscuits, panettone, and liqueur since 1847 and is divided into three sections.
