Maison Ponthier chose a variety of cranberry that is grown in Canada, the birthplace of this fruit along with the northern states of America. The Ponthier teams selected a farm close to the lakes where the cranberries enjoy their best allies: sand, water, sun, and cool weather.
The harvested fruit is a beautiful ruby colour, very firm and dense flesh, a slightly tangy flavour, and a very fruity aroma.
