This gives exceptional conditions to the bees to target the same flower variety, allowing the honey to be “monofloral” and organic. Madagascar is one of the 7 countries that allow such “organic and monofloral” certification.
To guarantee a monofloral honey, Laribees conducts some tests to ensure the origin and the quality meet the brand criteria. This exceptional production is also “raw”, meaning the honey hasn’t been pasteurized or filtered.
Hence, Laribees obtains a very natural product, as opposed to industrial honeys.
