The Razor Clam is part of the clam family as its name describes it. The meat of the Razor Clams is beefy, slightly chewy, it’s a sweet-tasting meat with an ovoid shape.
The shell is smooth, whitish with some brown markings and has a very particular shape, it’s narrow and rectangular, which offers some elegant plate creation options. Razor Clams are collected on sandy beaches just before the low tide.
